A. Yes, we require all residents to have renters’ liability insurance. You have the option to enroll in renters’ insurance with your chosen provider and provide proof of coverage. If insurance is not provided, a monthly fee of $10.95/mo will be applied for enrollment in the Resident Liability Insurance Program. This program meets our insurance requirements but offers no coverage for your personal belongings. Please contact our office for more information.
A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.
A. Rent includes gas, water, sewer, cable, internet, trash, pest control, and access to all our community amenities. Electricity will be split amongst your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. The price for electricity will vary by usage.
A. To submit a work order, please go to our website or download the app to log in to your Resident Portal. You may also stop by the leasing office or reach out for assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office as soon as possible.
A. Our leases are individual leases, which means you are only financially responsible for your space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their portion of the rent payment.
A. We are a smoke-free community. Smoking within 25 feet of any of our buildings is prohibited.
A. When you are ready to secure your spot at The Social at Stadium Walk, you may fill out one of our online applications. After you submit your application, a team member will email you our online lease to electronically sign. Our spots are first come first serve and rates are subject to change. We do encourage prospects to start the online leasing process as soon as possible to secure their space. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
